Situated between the clear waters of the Arabian Gulf on one side and Dubai Marina on the other, Jumeirah Beach Residence offers its own distinct atmosphere and community – along with some of the best leisure, dining and shopping options anywhere in the city.
Built as a self-contained beachside residential district complete with hotels, shops and other amenities, Jumeirah Beach Residence – universally known as JBR – is divided into six blocks: Murjan, Sadaf, Bahar, Rimal, Amwaj and Shams, with Murjan at the north-east end, and Shams at the south-west.
Each block has a ground level facing onto JBR Walk, as well as a plaza level, accessible by stairs or lifts from JBR Walk – and each block is made up of several numbered towers.
